When will my order be ready for pick up by the carrier?
We prepare orders daily, and your order will usually be ready for pick up the same day, or next day. During peak periods such as payday( from the second-to-last business day of the month until the fifth business day of the following month) order preparation may take a little longer. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is ready for pickup.
What is the delivery time and what shipping options do i have?
At SnusHub the typical delivery time for carriers shipping from Sweden to Denmark, ranges from 2-5 business days from when the order has been packed and shipping.
How do you pack orders?
All orders are packed in discrete bubble envolopes, with no information about the content.
What happens if my shipment goes missing?
If your order goes missing, the loss will be covered by the transportation company. We will then dispatch a new order.
