How do you deliver orders?
We handle everything related to the shipping of your order. You choose your shipping method and pay for it directly on our website when placing your order. All of our orders are delivered with private carriers. Please note that we DO NOT deliver to pick up points. Due to this, you are required to give us permission to leave your package a safe place, and inform us where.
When will my order be ready for pick up by the carrier?
We prepare orders daily, and your order will usually be ready for pick up the same day, or next day. During peak periods such as payday (from the second-to-last business day of the month until the fifth business day of the following month) order preparation may take a little longer. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order is ready for pickup.

At SnusHub the typical delivery time for carriers shipping from Sweden to Denmark, ranges from 2-5 business days from when the order has been packed and shipping.

All orders are packed in discrete bubble envolopes, with no information about the content.
What happens if my shipment goes missing?
If your order goes missing, the loss will be covered by the transportation company. We will then dispatch a new order.
